Did you know that mindfulness can be a powerful tool in your wellness toolbox? Making time to slow down and enjoy mindful moments can help enhance overall well-being. Practicing mindful eating specifically not only helps you savor meals, but can also help you get in touch with your individual needs for what, when, and how much to eat. Bring a meal or a snack to this session  —  Bon Appetit Management Company’s Registered Dietitian, Terri Brownlee, MPH, RD, LDN will guide you through a mindful eating activity and provide a take-away tool you can use in your mindful eating practice.
